At TourBuk, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent policy for cancellations and refunds. Please read the following information carefully to familiarize yourself with our refund and cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation Policy:

a. Tour or Activity Cancellation by the Customer:
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply, and the amount will depend on the type of tour or activity booked and the notice period given.
b. Tour or Activity Cancellation by TourBuk:
TourBuk reserves the right to cancel a tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or other reasons.
In the event of a cancellation by TourBuk, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.

2. Payment Terms:

After confirmation of any Package request: 25% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services.
15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour package cost required.
07 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details.
Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
We will not entertain any credit facility.

3. Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – No charge
Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge
Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.

2. Refund Policy:

a. Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team and provide your booking details.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking unless otherwise specified.
It may take [7 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
b. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy and the specific terms and conditions of the tour or activity booked.
If a refund is applicable based on the cancellation policy, it will be granted accordingly.
Refunds for no-shows or late arrivals will not be granted.
c. Non-Refundable Fees:
Some tours or activities may have non-refundable fees, which will be clearly stated during the booking process.
Non-refundable fees will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

3. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact our customer support team as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
